A calm mind with an active spirit
I’m someone who loves both quiet time and staying active. I can spend hours completely focused, building a Lego set or working on a big puzzle. It’s my way of meditation. On the other side, I always find ways to move. I hiked through many breathtaking trails, swim often, and work out regularly. Even during meetings, I’m usually walking on my under-desk treadmill.
I’ve found that switching between stillness and movement isn’t just how I recharge, it also shapes how I think. I often find myself exploring both sides of a problem, which makes me a more comprehensive thinker and a naturally systematic person.
